Gig Harbor: Crescent Creek Park ★★☆☆☆
This playground has a cool nautical theme with a large boat at the center that is wheelchair accessible. The parking lot is small with only 2 accessible parking spots located next to the playground. There is good natural shade for much of the playground. There is a covered area attached to the restrooms but it is down a path away from the playground. The restrooms and covered area structure are from the 1930s. The restrooms do not have changing tables. The playground surface is rubber and has a number of damaged or worn areas that are potential trip hazards. Pathway from accessible parking to playground is a mix of cobblestones, gravel, and concrete and may be challenging to traverse. There is some inclusive equipment including one inclusive swing. There is a partial elopement barrier. There are quite a few areas of the greater park that are inaccessible due to major grade changes and lack of continuity with the paved pathway.
