Parking is parallel street parking and no accessible parking was observed. Restrooms were filthy and none of the stalls had doors. There were no changing tables. The playground had some natural shade but there were not covered areas near the playground. The play surface was artificial turf with depressed areas of engineered wood fiber wood chips in some areas that were 4-6” lower than the elevation of the turf creating trip hazards. Pathways were a mix of gravel and concrete. The play structure was wheelchair accessible with a ramp and there was one inclusive swing. There was no elopement barrier and there were a number of concrete stairs and walls and boulders around the perimeter of the park that created inaccessibility and trip hazards. Part of the play structure was blocked off with plywood with a spray painted message saying "DO NOT ENTER".
